Jack also traveled the globe as a professional stuntman for stage, film, and television and worked with top names in Hollywood.
Jack moved to Alaska to work as a tour guide, then a police officer, and Criminal Justice professor. He was on a remote island in the Aleutians as a Response Team Commander and his last job in the Arctic Circle was protecting engineers from ravenous polar bears.
When Jack moved back to his native Central Florida, he had a drawer full of stories he almost threw out. His wife asked why, to which he replied “Netflix, no one will ever pick up another book.” Of course, he was wrong and with her encouragement penned a few thrillers which went on to become Amazon #1 bestsellers.

While his daughter was ill, he developed the draft of Stranger World, a series which has gained an enthusiastic fan club.
These days he splits his time between writing books, going on adventures with his family to fuel them, and helping others get published by teaching classes at local libraries and universities.
